James Whiteside is a theatre lighting designer with more than twenty years experience lighting plays, musicals, dance, opera and immersive theatre in the UK and internationally.

He has worked for commercial producers, repertory houses, independent theatre companies and cruise lines which sees him designing lighting for small scale tours to West End musicals and just about everything in between.

James lives in the South East of England with his wife Kate Golledge and son Finn.
